Guests can climb aboard Atlantis XIV, the world's largest hi-tech passenger submarine, or other 48-passenger
submarines. Being in a submarine and descending to 100 feet underwater is an adventure in itself. The Atlantis Waikiki
dive site is home to many Hawaiian fishes, coral, and turtles. Known for its quality and safety, Atlantis is an eye-opening
experience that takes guests beyond the classroom as they learn about coral, reef life and submersibles while visiting sunken
shipwrecks, airplane and other artificial reefs. Atlantis has a spacious air-conditioned interior, large view ports
and comfortable seating.
Dole Plantation and Pineapple Garden Maze
The Pineapple Garden Maze at Dole Plantation, officially recognized in the Guinness
Book of World Records 2001 as the World’s Largest Maze, offers fun and adventure at every turn.
Covering an area of more than two acres with a path length of 1.7 miles, it
is made of 11,400 colorful Hawaii plants, including varieties of hibiscus, the official state flower.
The educational self-guided tour is designed to appeal to a
range of senses. As guests wander through the different gardens, they'll get an up-close view of a wide variety of crops
being grown on the North Shore of Oahu. They'll also learn about the plantation villages and the contract laborers who came
from all over the world to work in Hawaii’s sugarcane and pineapple fields.
Pearl Harbor Tours
The USS Arizona Memorial honors the moments
when the United States fell under attack to the Japanese Empire on December 7, 1941, and the men and women who served
there.
Highlights of the tour include the Memorial Park with its many historical exhibits and Pearl
Harbor Naval Base Headquarters. Tour guides will lead visitors through the Memorial and Naval Headquarters and
provide live historical narration about the "day that will live
in infamy."
